IMPORTANT: These Website Terms do not govern use of any Faraday platform services, including:

• the Faraday Pay App used by drivers to pay for and start charging sessions,
• any CPO dashboard or business portal, or
• any payment, settlement, EV charging, or other transactional services.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
