The base session fee applies to every billable session. Additional components only apply when you use those features. All business pricing below excludes VAT.
Applies to every billable charging session, regardless of how it was started — RFID, dashboard, plug-and-play, or any supported method.
Applies to sessions initiated through the Faraday Pay App. Charged in addition to the base fee. Percentage fee applies to the pre-tax session amount processed through the Pay App, unless otherwise stated in your order form.
Applies when Faraday is your Merchant of Record for paid End User transactions. Percentage fee applies to the total amount captured from the End User, including VAT where applicable.
If a charger's base session fees for the month come to less than €4.90, Faraday charges the difference as a top-up fee. Pay App add-on fees and MoR fees do not count toward the minimum.
