Limited Hardware Warranty

AS OF 26 JANUARY 2026

Faraday EVCS Inc. (“Faraday”) warrants that Faraday-branded hardware products (“Product”) purchased directly from Faraday or from an authorized Faraday reseller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the original retail purchase date.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original end-use purchaser of the Product or the individual receiving the Product as a gift and is non-transferable.

If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty arises during the warranty period, Faraday will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts;
• Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater functionality; or
• Refund the original purchase price upon return of the Product.

Any repaired or replaced Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Improper installation, commissioning, or use contrary to Faraday documentation;
• Failure to comply with applicable electrical codes, regulations, or standards;
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aging;
• Accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, liquid intrusion, fire, flood, lightning, or other external causes;
• Use with incompatible equipment, vehicles, or power sources;
• Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration;
• Commercial misuse or operation outside the Product’s rated specifications.

Installation must be performed by a qualified professional where required by law. Damage caused by improper installation automatically voids this warranty.

Before receiving warranty service, you may be required to provide proof of purchase, including an invoice or receipt, and to follow Faraday’s return or diagnostic procedures. You are responsible for shipping costs to Faraday unless otherwise stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Faraday. All other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.

To the extent permitted by law, Faraday’s total liability arising out of or related to this Product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the Product. In no event shall Faraday be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of data, or downtime, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
